Monthly Pancake Breakfast
The EAA-105 Chapter sponsors a monthly pancake breakfast, open to everyone! It’s on the first Saturday of every month at Twin Oaks Airpark.
Begun by the Chapter in 1994 to raise funds for the construction of a hangar, our monthly breakfast has become a local tradition. Folks from all over the Northwest come by car and by air to enjoy our breakfast, walk the flight line, and talk airplanes. When good weather prevails it’s common to have over thirty aircraft fly in including a heavy contingency of RVs.
The menu is simple: scrambled eggs, blueberry pancakes, strips of bacon or breakfast sausage, grits, orange juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate.
Rain or shine, holidays or not, breakfast will be served the first Saturday of every month. The hangar door to the dining hall opens at 8:00 AM. The line can get noticeably long by 9:00 AM, with many regulars showing up by 7:30 AM to avoid the crowds. The hangar door to the dining hall is usually closed by 10:00 AM, but if you’re in line by then, you’ll be served. No one goes away hungry!
Bring your gardening tools! (Clippers, Trimmers, Weeding tools, Edging tools, Rakes, Shoves-Large or Small, etc.). We will be edging, weeding, planting/trimming shrubs. Saturday, April 13th, 9am - Noon

Ryan Graves will be sharing an update of his work as the Executive Director of Americans for Safe Aerospace (ASA), the world‘s largest and fastest growing UFO/UAP organization.
At ASA, the focus is on UAP as a matter of national security and aviation safety and have been working closely with commercial and military aviators to better understand what they‘re seeing in the skies. This talk will discuss what aircrew are reporting, what it means for aviation safety and national security, and how ASA can better understand what aircrew are reporting.
This would be an evening of socializing will your co-members without a specific topic nor distracting presentation. It was suggested by members of the presentations committee as a option. Steve Brenneke

Based upon his new book, L.A. Birdmen, historian Richard Goodrich offers an entertaining account of the contributions of these West Coast pilots and explains why, in the first decade of the twentieth century, these men rather than the Wright Brothers were America‘s pilots.
