The Columbia Aviation Association clubhouse facility is available for group rental. This modern facility is ideal for business meetings and parties, large and small, with a modern audio/visual system including an overhead projector and large screen for viewing presentation materials or slide shows.
The clubhouse includes a 2,200 square foot meeting/dining area that accommodates up to 16 round tables seating 6 to 8 people, a 950 square foot social visiting area and a 880 square foot lounge adjacent to a bar service. Entry to the facility is through a roomy entry and reception area that provides an excellent location for welcoming and/or registering guests. The clubhouse has a maximum capacity of 170 people or a seated dining capacity up to 128.

There are various rental options available if you wish to provide and/or serve a meal to guests. If you wish to use the full-service kitchen to provide a cooked meal, then a CAA-approved caterer is required. Renters can use the bar to serve guests including use of the soda dispensers, but under OLCC and insurance requirements, renters must provide their own liquor.

CAA Event Coordinator will contact you to obtain additional information, discuss rental options and provide a facility tour, if desired.
Located on the Aurora State Airport in Aurora Oregon, it is great to watch airplanes take-off and land from our patio or from inside our lounge. As this is a club for pilots, the clubhouse is decorated in an aviation theme. The club’s west patio opens onto an active aircraft parking area and taxiway with no barrier. Operating aircraft are extremely dangerous: entering the airport operating area from the club property is not allowed. If a group meeting includes children and young adults, careful supervision is required to make sure everyone avoids entering the airport operating area as outlined further in the Facility Rental Contract.
