Roger was
was the General Superintendent for Walt Swan and Ted Millar at Westwood Construction for over 45 years.
Roger helped oversee the construction of the CAA Clubhouse. He touched many lives.
For those of you that can please drive your vintage car out in honor of Roger.
He was famous in the hot rod world with his “Toys by Roger”. Roger created "Toys By Roger" in the 80's where he rebuilt nearly 100 hot rods for buyers and himself. He was a founding member of the Road Angels Club, which was originally founded in 1951, where he created many lifelong friendships. He spent 53 years as an active member of the Early V8 Ford Club and was also a founding member of the Columbia Timing Association (CTA). Roger was known by his friends as "Roger the Rabbit" because he was always able to "get stuff done". Roger was inducted into the 1972 Portland Roadster Hall of Fame.
The Car guys will bring their special hot rod cars for a display line.
Refreshments will be catered by Wooden Nickel Catering.
