Phil Richardson's Skylane

1975 Cessna 182P
On the ramp at Siletz Bay

Phil Richardson has been flying this choice bird since 1978.  Based at Workman, it is ready to launch most any Saturday with the Aurora Flyers & Drivers for a gourmet breakfast and lots of talk about flying.  It's been all over the country and access is easy with the C182 nestled in the hangar attached to Phil and Therese's house.

Ask Phil about his engine overhaul when you have a few hours to kill.  Another interesting topic is Phil's trip from England to Australia in the World Vintage Air Rally in the early 90s - flying a Stinson.  If you haven't seen his slides, please ask.  It's about time for another showing.

The Skylane's hangar mate is a classic Piper Clipper that is used for the short hauls, OSH, and more fun flying.
