Jack Lenhardt's Bonanza

1947 Bonanza 35

Bonanza 3113V started as a "straight" model 35 in 1947, serial 535.  In 1950, Beech bought back 14 of these 35's to make a special production run of 14 model 35R's.  These were retrofitted with the "A" model and "B" model modifications plus the new wing root fillet planned for the "C" model to follow.

A few years ago it was painted in the colors and paint design as it came out of the factory in 1950 and the 1950 interior was reproduced as close as possible to the original.

Engine is the original Continental E-185-8, 205 HP and cruises at 170 MPH at 9000 feet using "20-20". (inches MP and RPM)

Al and Phyllis Timberman flew this airplane all over the US and Mexico in the 25 years prior to Jack's purchasing it from them.
