Honorable Phil Spencer, 2002 CAA President flies in style.  Since 1997 N3TP has been parked in Phil's hanger at Newberg Sportsman, ready to head out on a CAA flyout or a $100 hamburger flight on a moment's notice.

Vintage 1960, powered by a Lycoming 250 HP engine, it cruises at 155 Knots, has the UPS avionics stack, the BF Goodrich WX 500 strike finder that displays on the MX20 and has 3400 hours total time.  One of the former owners, True Pig, painted the plane and gave it new numbers in 1975.

Charles Weisman, a club member was the previous owner and he liked the call sign as much as Phil. Three Tango Pappa has been hailed by several nicknames, some more endearing than others.
