Pub and Grill to cater CAA dinners A new chapter in Thursday night dinners begins January 5, 2005. Tom Butler of Canby Pub and Grill will be providing our dinners at $14.00 per meal. This will be the first meal cost increase since moving into our Aurora Airport clubhouse. CAA along with Canby Pub and Grill will assess the meal quality, cost, and expense over the next three months. Executive Chef Derick Perman will be supervising our meals. Sous Chef, Geno Apling, Cooks Jill Townsend and Hector Herrera, and helpers Josh Perman and Maria Boiso will assist him. Each Thursday there will be two staff members present, one cook and one assistant. The staff will rotate from meeting to meeting.
