Meeting for January 8, 2004 was cancelled
Remnants of 7" of snow from New Year's Day, 1" of hard
ice crust from freezing rain plus sub-zero temperatures made
flying and driving extremely hazardous during the first week of
2004. PDX was closed all day on 1/7/04.
